What types of events can you support?
We support outdoor movie nights, watch parties, giant-screen gaming, festivals, concerts, school and church gatherings, corporate events, grand openings, private celebrations, and on-site brand activations.
How big are the screens?
Our mobile system has two LED screen faces, each approximately 12 feet wide by 6 feet tall. The best orientation and viewing setup depend on the venue and the audience.
Can businesses advertise at an event?
Yes. We can display sponsor creative, promotions, event schedules, announcements and brand content at organized events and approved venues.
Can we use the screen for movie nights?
Yes. We can help plan the display and audio experience. Public performances of films generally require appropriate screening rights, which can be coordinated as part of event planning.
Can we watch a live sports game?
Sports watch parties are a great fit. Commercial exhibition rights and access to the appropriate broadcast feed need to be coordinated for the specific event.
Can kids play video games on the screen?
Absolutely. Large-screen gaming can be a fun option for birthday parties, youth gatherings and special events. We will coordinate the equipment and game format during planning, along with any relevant event or tournament permissions.
Do you provide sound?
Audio support can be included or coordinated depending on the event and location. Let us know the expected audience size when asking for a quote.
Do you bring the screen to our location?
Yes, we bring the mobile screen experience to your planned venue. We will review access, parking, positioning, power and any venue-specific event requirements in advance.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in the Atlanta area and serve Metro Atlanta, North Georgia, and surrounding destinations. Send us your event location so we can review travel logistics.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends, football season, holidays and community festival dates. Tell us your preferred date and we will confirm availability.
How much does a rental cost?
Pricing depends on event length, location, staff, audio, content and logistics. Request a custom quote to receive options for your event.
Can sponsors or vendors use part of the screen time?
Yes. Planned event sponsorship placements are an excellent way to recognize partners and deliver high-impact brand messages, subject to the event programming and agreement.
